Women's Team

Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m the Women's Captain for MRFC. I’ve been playing for the team for a few years now and have loved watching the team evolve and develop. I’ve played rugby both 7’s and Touch Rugby.

 

One thing I like about the club is that the women's team is made up of women from all around the world, different ages, experience levels and professions - everyone is welcome!

When you join the women's team you get the chance to learn how to play but also meet new people and develop friendships on and off the pitch. Our social events are for everyone - even if you don't want to play rugby, you can still be part of the team!

 

No matter if you have little / no experience or lots of great playing years behind you, don't be afraid to come along and throw the odd shaped ball around with us.
